Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise
Join us for the ultimate experience in sophisticated cruising on the MV SYDNEY 2000, Australia's largest cruising restaurant. Each of the three elegantly appointed dining decks of the vessel offers open-plan seating and full-length windows for panoramic viewing. Enjoy canapés and a welcome glass of wine, beer, or soft drink on arrival. Then be seated for a superb two-course dinner on the decks while enjoying beautiful Sydney Harbour. The meal will include unlimited Tyrrell's wine, sparkling wine, beer, and soft drinks, followed by tea and coffee.

Conference Dinner
Our conference dinner will be held at the Parkside Ballroom at the Convention Centre. This elegant affair will start with pre-dinner drinks from 6-7 p.m. Then be seated for a sumptuous three-course dinner and drinks and a spectacular performance
from the sensational Australian group Pot-Pourri in a spellbinding celebration of Opera, Broadway, Cabaret, Didgeridoo, Comedy, and Magic. After this performance by four of Australia's finest singer/actors, enjoy coffee and drinks in the ballroom or move
to the foyer where our conference band will perform..
