Projects

1974 LH Torana

This meek little project was 12 years in the building. Resurrected from a bad front end collision, in which the body wasn't in too bad a shape at all.

It boasts a highly developed 202 cubic inch motor with a VL 4 speed automatic transmission and lock up torque converter (the bell housing was grafted and engineered in house).

Roller rockers, extractors, blue printed engine, a mild solid can and lifters with other benefits produce a comfortable 23 m.p.i city driving and an affordable 32 m.p.i highway cycle.

Final cost at a total of $16500 (which is quite affordable for a new car).

XP Falcon

A fine restoration of a classic 1966 falcon coupe. The original 6 cylinder 170 cubic inch heart was replaced with a mild 302 winsdor V8. Keeping the theme automatic (of course) the three speed borg warner was exchanged to an industrial C4 three speed with a 2,200 stall torque connector.

All of the interior and exterior colours are original, including rims and tyres. We even went to the trouble of keeping it column shift with the original shifter.

When the bonnet was closed no one would even know there was a 240hp V8 under the hood.

Notice the detail of the under carriage.
