How to use the Forum :Posting a message
The Forum is all about the message. Asking questions, finding information, subscribing to the topics that interests you, sending private message to your mates (your buddy list) etc.
First you need to login. You can only post if you are registered. (See How to Register)
Once you have login new items appear in the menu. You can post or change your details through the User Menu.
Select the Conference and forum you want to post on.
Click on post for a new topic or click on an existing topic and then click post 
The post screen appears
You must select a topic type for your message, eg a question, looking for some thing etc
You must have a subject
Now the fun part; the message - Tell us what you think!
You can use smilies if you wish
Finished? Click on preview, see below or just post
If your satisfied with the message click post. 
Your message goes straight on to the Forum and the moderator will receive an e-mail to check the content.
Don't forget the Forum has a FAQ section for online help
